Description
Horseradish packs a bite. Prepared horseradish is a condiment made from the large, white root of the horseradish plant, which is in the same family as mustard and wasabi. Horseradish sauces are often served on steak or prime rib. Add horseradish to make amazing deviled eggs, spicy potato salad, and a homemade bloody mary that has a great kick. The flowers can also be cut and used in arrangements.
