Gold Medal Tomato (Organic)

The Gold Medal tomato is a large, bi-colored heirloom beefsteak tomato with yellow skin with red blushes and streaks through the flesh that can weigh between 1 and 3 pounds. It's firm, with sweet, mild flesh offering little acid, and a balanced flavor. This golden monster can be eaten sliced up on a sandwich, or roasted to release even more flavor. Originally known as Ruby Gold.
