Cajun Belle Pepper is a 2010 All-America Selections winner in the vegetable category. This variety is both sweet and savory with incredible taste. Its fruit size and shape is similar to small bell peppers, and it grows very disease tolerant. It's mildly spicy taste is just right for fresh eating, and makes a tasty salsa. You can harvest them green, or wait until they're red.
