Banana | Sweet Pepper

Even after more than 70 years, this is still extremely popular long, pointed pepper that starts out yellow and turns a brilliant red. The sweet, mild, waxy, thin-walled peppers are delightful in salads and for fresh eating, and they are exquisitely pungent when pickled. The peppers have no bitter after taste. A favorite for pickling. An All-America Selections Bronze Medal winner in 1941.
