Candy Cane Chocolate Cherry peppers are a type of mini bell pepper that are sweet and crisp, and can be eaten at any stage of ripeness. They start out green with a white stripe, and then change to chocolate and cherry red as they mature. They're great for fresh eating right off the plant, in salads, or stuffed with cheese spread. Even the variegated leaves are pretty cool. These will need extra calcium and phosphorus for highest yields.
