Popcorn Plant

The popcorn plant, also known as popcorn cassia or peanut butter plant, has many qualities that make it a good addition to a garden, including its tropical appearance, fragrant flowers, and ability to attract pollinators. The flowers smell like buttered popcorn or peanut butter, and rubbing the leaves and flowers can be a fun sensory experience, especially for kids. Blooms also attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, and bloom from July until the first hard frost. Please keep this plant from pets, as it's toxic.
