Garlic Chives
Also known as Chinese chives, garlic chives are taller than common chives, but unlike regular chives, these are not hollow. They have flat, narrow leaves and white blossoms with a sweet garlic flavor mixed with the more oniony chive. Commonly used in Asian cooking, such as in soups, stir fries, dumplings, kimchi, and green onion pancakes. Store them in refrigerator for about a week after cutting. It's also a perennial, so it comes back!
