Lemon Cilantro

Lemon cilantro is a short herb with lemon-scented leaves, and seeds that are commonly used in Indian and Thai cuisines, as well as Mexican. Lemon cilantro can be used in many of the same ways as regular cilantro, such as in salads, drinks, guacamole, or on roast chicken. The seeds are larger than most other varieties and have a strong, lemony flavor that's often used in hummus.
